Sex and the wild and energetic is a key conception, this remarkable title of an article published in The British Observer on 3/22/2009.

The article quotes experts who studied fertility and found that “couples who can have a wild and exciting sex (which they call Gourmet Sex), as experienced when they first met, enjoying the maximum chance of bringing a child.”

The problem is that most couples with fertility problems also suffer from problems of lack of sexual desire. Why? Experienced before intercourse to achieve pregnancy is necessary (and as a source of mutual pleasure), together with the growing frustration of tests and interventions (sometimes painful), can eliminate the desire among the most enthusiastic partners.

How can couples facing fertility problems increase the desire in all this? The answer is: Build a plan that includes the use of sexual arousal touch, sensational erotic. (This, of course, appropriate professional assistance).

Couples who do not want or are unable to afford professional care I offer to try to increase sexual desire, thus improving the chances to achieve pregnancy. However, in the following way:

Think of your sexual relations are like driving a car with five gears.

First gear: Intimacy
* when facing one another and looked at each other’s eyes.
* share each other feelings of love.
* slid fully clothed contact. This could include hugs, caresses, kisses and the like.

Second gear: Imagination
* Create a script acceptable to both erotic. Turn imagination and creative.

Third gear: sensuality
* lived and washed each other fully or partially nude. Share each other what turns you very much.

Fourth gear: erotic
* lived in each other (manually or orally), to achieve orgasm.

Fifth gear: Mating
* Combine all the previous moves flowed mating (You also want a baby, right?)

Five gears do not have to be obtained in one day.
